Locally owned and operated in downtown Fredericton, New Brunswick since February 2003. Clay Cafe is a “paint-your-own pottery” studio designed for all age groups – a relaxed, café-like atmosphere for people to enjoy painting on pottery.

Plates, bowls, mugs, teapots, vases, and lots of cool designs for kids!

Our studio offers a very bright and colourful environment for your creative experience, so you can spend quiet time alone, quality time with your family, or relaxing social time with friends.

It’s not necessary to make reservations, and you don’t have to have any previous experience – just come on down, and join us! Our cheerful staff will show you how it works, and we have lots of pattern books, stencils and stamps to help with the designing process.

Your finished masterpiece will have your own very personal touch, and will be ready for use – for you or someone you love!

Hand-made by our staff on tiles, our popular gift certificates come in denominations of $10-100. They are redeemable anytime. Treat that special someone to painting fun at the studio – guaranteed to be a great present.

We book the party room out for other than just Birthdays! 

Party room can be booked not just for birthday parties but also for wedding showers, baby showers, staff parties, retirement parties, club and group meetings or school and daycare outings.  Minimum of 8 people to book the room.

We offer a 10% group discount off regular priced pieces for any group booked for 8 painters or more.
